Nick Seitz

Advisor

Nicholas Seitz was born in New York City and has been playing competitive hockey for twenty years. Growing up, he played for the North Jersey Avalanche, Westchester Express, and P.A.L. Islanders, before eventually moving on to play junior hockey for the Corpus Christi Ice Rays in the NAHL. After juniors, Seitz played four seasons of Division 1 hockey at Princeton University and is currently commencing his first professional season in the EIHL for the Coventry Blaze. 

 

At Princeton, Seitz was named to the ECAC All-Academic Team all four years he attended. He was also named to the ECAC All-Academic Commissioner's List in 2021-22, Academic All-Ivy Team in 2023-24 and was selected as a Krampade/AHCA All-American Scholar in 2023-24. For his on-ice performance, he was named to Second-Team All-Ivy in 2023-24. He majored in the School of Public and International Affairs and received a certificate in the Values and Public Life program.

Mike Kennedy

Advisor

Mike was born and raised in Holyoke, Massachusetts, where he played youth hockey for the New England Junior Falcons before attending Northfield Mount Hermon Prep School. At Northfield, Mike was a captain and broke the record for all-time points for defensemen and committed to Princeton University. After Northfield, Mike played for the Nanaimo Clippers in the BCHL. That year the Nanaimo Clippers won the Island Division regular season, yet playoffs were cut short due to Covid-19. 

 

At Princeton University, Mike was named to the ECAC all academic team all four years that he attended. In addition, he was also awarded by his teammates the Tucker Ironman Award recipient every year, which is voted by the team for who is the most dedicated to preparation in the offseason. Mike received a degree in Psychology with a certificate in Neuroscience. He is now pursuing a MSc in Finance at Coventry University.
